In Refundable offers,

Cancellation will be free of charge if it is made more than 48 hours in advance. In case of group bookings, the cancellation is only free until 7 days before arrival.

In those 48H (or 7 days) the total will be charged and there is no refund in case of cancellation (after those 2 days) or no show.

From June 15 to September 15 the cancellation will be free if done 10 days in advance.
10 days before arrival the total will be charged and there is no refund in case of cancellation (after those 10 days) or no show.

During the two weeks of Easter and at the end of the year, cancellation is only free up to 7 days before arrival. 7 days before arrival, the total will be charged and there is no refund in case of cancellation or No Show, after that date.

In the Non Refundable offers, the total amount of the stay is charged at the time the reservation is made, without the possibility of cancellation and / or modification. There is no refund in case of cancellation and / or No Show.

The special offers are Non refundable and the total amount of the stay will be charged at the time of booking.

Check-Ins are between 16:00H and 23:00H. 

Check-Outs are from 08:00H to 12:00H.

General Policies

Our Refundable policy changes depending on the season, but the total of the reservation is always charged/settled 2,7 or 10 days before arrival. After the payment is settled, there's no possibility of modification, cancellation or No Show/there will be no refund.

In Non-refundable offers, we always charge the total of the reservation at the time of booking, without refund in case of modification, cancellation and / or No Show.

Check-Ins are between 16:00H and 23:00H. 

Check-Outs are from 08:00H to 12:00H.
